About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with over 3 years of experience to design seamless and user-focused digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers to transform user insights into visually appealing and intuitive web and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
• Convert user needs and business goals into engaging and functional design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and consistent design implementation.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.
• Keep up to date with latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (preferred).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UI/UX design work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
