Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product requirements and user needs into visually compelling and functional user interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products.
• Collaborate with developers to implement responsive and accessible designs across web and mobile platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and interaction design.
• Advocate for users and influence product decisions through data-driven insights and design thinking.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in UI & UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
