Job Title: Graphic & UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer to design modern, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for our web portals and mobile applications. The designer will also be responsible for developing a consistent visual identity for our products — including custom icons, illustrations, logos, and branding elements.

You’ll collaborate closely with our product, development, and GIS teams to bring ideas to life — from concept to final design — ensuring the user experience is seamless and aesthetically refined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design UI/UX for web portals, dashboards, and mobile applications that align with our brand identity.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs using modern design tools.
  • Design and deliver custom icons, illustrations, and branding elements for our applications and products.
  • Develop and refine logos, brand color palettes, typography, and style guides.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user experience reviews and propose design improvements.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design principles across all devices and platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in the overall look and feel of the company’s digital presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and mobile apps.
  • Excellent command of design tools such as:
  • Figma (for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaboration)
  • Adobe Photoshop (for high-quality image editing and graphics)
  • Adobe Illustrator (for icons, logos, and vector design)
  • Adobe XD or Sketch (optional, for additional prototyping)
  • After Effects (a plus, for creating UI motion effects or animations)
  • Understanding of UX principles, design systems, color theory, and typography.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for GIS, mapping, or data visualization applications (bonus).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics or developer handoff processes (e.g., Figma Inspect).
  • Experience in branding and corporate identity design.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge geospatial and technology products.
  • Creative freedom to shape the visual identity of innovative software solutions.
  • Collaborative and flexible work environment.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.
