UI/UX Designer

Overveiw

PENNEP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be strong in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for web and mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user behavior.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements.
• Prepare design documentation, style guides, and component specifications.
• Run usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and UI design quality.
• Proficiency in the Figma tool.
• Solid understanding of design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Ability to convert complex concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
