UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools, with strong capabilities in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless, world-class digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for mobile and web applications.
• Design pixel-perfect UI screens, icons, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Translate business goals into engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for visual and functional consistency.
• Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (Sketch or Canva is a plus).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Experience in mobile and web app design.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Good grasp of color theory, typography, and responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).

Good to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/React basics for developer collaboration.
• Experience designing for e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS products.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
