UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive UI/UX Designer to join our digital design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications, while also contributing to visually appealing social media creatives. This role requires strong visual design skills, UX understanding, and the ability to translate ideas into high-quality designs that enhance brand experience and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website & App UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile apps.
• Ensure designs follow best UX practices and deliver seamless user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.

2. Social Media Design

• Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts, ads, carousels, and stories
• Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms.

3. Research & User Insights

• Analyze user behavior, conduct competitor research, and implement UX improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI patterns, and industry standards.

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

5. Design Asset Management

• Maintain an organized design library, brand guidelines, and reusable components.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and mobile apps. ✔ Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI design and intuitive user flows. ✔ Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop). ✔ Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems. ✔ Ability to create social media graphics with strong visual appeal. ✔ Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and proactive mindset.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with prototyping tools and motion/interaction design.
• Knowledge of basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS).
• Experience working in fast-paced or agile environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
