UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX designer to enhance the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will combine an eye for clean and artful design with a strong grasp of user-centric principles to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and product objectives.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide feedback on technical feasibility during the design process.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to iterate designs.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize design elements.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
• Present and defend designs to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Familiarity with social media poster creation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
