Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that meet deadlines and objectives.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to enhance creativity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure print quality and production specifications are met.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive and impactful designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects (Applications without a portfolio/sample work will not be considered).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
• Knowledge of web design principles and front-end development technologies.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and user-centered design approaches.
• Experience with print production processes and specifications.
