UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape our cutting-edge loadboard product for the supply chain industry. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that bring clarity to complex features. You’ll collaborate closely with business owners and cross-functional teams to design impactful solutions that truly serve our users.

Experience in supply chain or related domains is a strong plus.

Requirements


What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, scalable user experiences for a complex supply chain product
  

• Own and contribute to the evolution of our design system
  

• Translate complex workflows into clear, usable interfaces
  

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  

• Advocate for users by continuously infusing user insights into product decisions
  

• Support definition of project requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
  

• Stay informed about competitive products, user needs, and industry trends
  

• Connect the right stakeholders at the right time to drive product success

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing interface and product design work
  

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
  

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking
  

• Experience collaborating with UI/front-end development teams to bring designs to production
  

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a hybrid work environment
  

• A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  

• Interest or experience in supply chain services, logistics technology, or trading (nice to have)
  

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of storytelling through design
