Key Responsibilities

• User-Centric Design: Create user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility, following best industry practices.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts, interaction flows, and navigation structures.
• Visual Design: Design and refine the visual elements of web and mobile applications, including layouts, graphics, and icons.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into functional and appealing designs.
• User Research: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform and improve design decisions.
• Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design projects is a must.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user behavior.
