UI/UX Designer

About us:

Duseca Software Pvt. Limited, is seeking experienced UI/UX Designers to join our vibrant on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements and documentation into intuitive, functional, and visually appealing user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree from recognized University preferably:
• Bachelors Computer Science
• Bachelors Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and scope.
• Review, analyze, and interpret project documentation to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain information architecture for web and mobile applications. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure design consistency across products while maintaining creativity and innovation. Document design decisions and workflows clearly for development teams.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience as UI/UX Designer.
• Strong understanding of documentation analysis and ability to interpret project scope effectively.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store design guidelines for mobile applications. Information Architecture.
• Wireframing and Prototyping.
• UX Writing Skills.
• Visual Communication.
• Interaction Design Skills.
• Usability Testing.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
