UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can lead end-to-end product design for complex, data-rich applications. This role involves everything from user research and information architecture to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct user research and synthesize insights into personas and journey maps.
• Define task flows and interaction patterns for enterprise-grade applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Run usability tests and iterate based on findings.
• Develop and maintain design systems and accessibility standards.
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for complex workflows.
• Experience with user research, interaction design, and data visualization.
• Ability to design dashboards and operational tools with clear hierarchy.
• Familiarity with responsive design and front-end constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
