Key Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-focused digital experiences across our products.

• Design User-Centered Interfaces: Create clean, modern, and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications while following brand guidelines.
• Conduct Research & Analyze User Behavior: Perform user interviews, competitor analysis, persona creation, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate user flows.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
• Improve User Experience: Identify pain points, propose design enhancements, and consistently optimize the user journey using a data-driven approach.
• Maintain Design Systems: Build and contribute to a scalable design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all product touchpoints.

Who You Are

• You are passionate about designing products that are simple, intuitive, and delightful to use.
• You have a strong eye for visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and layout.
• You enjoy collaborating with product and engineering teams and can clearly explain your design rationale.
• You are analytical, user-focused, and comfortable iterating on feedback and usability insights.
• You stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies, design thinking process, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and interaction design principles.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Adaptable and efficient in fast-paced, product-centric teams.
• Willingness to work from our office as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
