Job Summary:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for CRM portals, websites, and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and consistent digital user experiences aligned with brand and UX best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Design user interfaces for CRM portals, websites, and mobile applications
● Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience
● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
● Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
● Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and established UX standards
Competencies:
● User-centered design expertise
● UI/UX design for web, mobile, and CRM platforms
● Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
● Usability testing and user research skills
● Cross-functional collaboration
● Visual design and interaction design skills
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Design,Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating CRM, web, and/or mobile application design work.
Formal training or certification in UX/UI design is an added advantage.
