Job Summary:

Cplus Soft is looking for a Creative UI/UX Designer who can combine strong visual design skills with modern UI/UX practices and motion design expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, crafting engaging visuals, and producing eye-catching animations that bring digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups for client and internal projects.
• Create digital assets, branding materials, social media creatives, and marketing visuals.
• Produce engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, social posts, and UI interactions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and project managers to deliver consistent and high-quality designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Stay updated on current design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging motion design techniques.
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive layouts, and interactive experiences.
• Experience in creating storyboards, animations, and product explainer videos.
• Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
