UI/UX Designer

Tabiat is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of digital healthcare. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive workflows, polished user interfaces, and high-quality prototypes for both mobile and web platforms. Your work will involve creating new experiences, refining existing workflows, and ensuring a seamless user journey based on real user needs.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad. You’ll be working closely with our development team and product leads, meeting daily to align on goals, review progress, and iterate on designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, and polished UI prototypes in Figma
• Translate user stories and product requirements into engaging designs
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to bring designs to life
• Participate in daily standups and contribute to agile planning (Linear, Jira)
• Ensure design consistency across platforms (mobile, web)
• Create high-fidelity visuals and animations

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in UI/UX Design or related field
• At least 3 years of experience designing mobile and web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, wireframes, UI, and interaction design
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with animation tools (e.g. Rive)
• Familiarity with agile project management tools like Linear or Jira
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
