About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Karachi. This is an onsite role for someone who can take ownership of design initiatives, lead UI/UX efforts, and work closely with product and development teams to build intuitive and impactful digital products.

You will play a key role in shaping user experiences, improving usability, and maintaining high design standards across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Maintain and improve design systems, guidelines, and best practices
• Mentor junior designers and review design work when required

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Work Mode: Onsite (Karachi only – no remote option)
