About the Role

Nestors Global is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences across our suite of digital assets. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s design strategy, improving usability, and delivering visually compelling interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and gather user experience design requirements for our digital products and platforms.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, site maps, and visual designs.
• Design UI components including navigation menus, tabs, widgets, search boxes, and interactive tools.
• Test and optimize UI elements such as CTAs, banners, layouts, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversions.
• Conduct usability testing and apply UX research methodologies to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams, developers, and internal/external designers to deliver tailored digital experiences.
• Maintain and enforce brand style standards for typography, graphics, and visual consistency.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
