UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling designs
- Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and clients
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and typography
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives
- Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design work

Pay: ﷼13,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
