UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, and web portals, along with a strong understanding of modern design practices.

Requirements:

• 1 year of UI/UX design experience
• Strong UI/UX experience in Website Designing
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Understanding of web vs mobile design
• Basic UX knowledge (user flows, wireframes, information architecture)
• Familiarity with common UI/UX patterns (navigation & forms)
• Basic understanding of responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile breakpoints)

Good to Have:

• Experience with Website Designing
• Basic developer handoff knowledge (spacing, assets, annotations in Figma)
• Awareness of dark mode design
• Use of AI tools for design inspiration and content

Soft Skills:

• Understands tasks before starting; research-first approach
• Ability to make quick decisions on basic tasks independently
• Strong self-research skills to find references
• Meets deadlines
• Open to feedback and quick iteration
• Ability to speak English

Portfolio Requirements:

• Must include Website Design projects (figma links only)
• Should demonstrate both UI and UX thinking (not just visual design)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
