Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer at Kineteck. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, improving user journeys, and creating polished digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The designer will work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to deliver clean, user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Design user flows, interaction patterns, and layouts for websites and dashboards
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Conduct design reviews and refine UI based on feedback and testing
• Stay updated with modern UI trends, design systems, and best practices
• Contribute to the creation of design systems, reusable components, and style guides
• Ensure all deliverables align with client requirements and enhance the overall user experience

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to create clean UI, thoughtful interactions, and smooth user flows
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Familiarity with usability testing and prototyping tools is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
