About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior UI/UX Designer + Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing mobile application interfaces, app store creatives, and marketing graphics while utilizing modern AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

The candidate should be passionate about creating visually appealing designs, user-friendly mobile experiences, and high-converting app store assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design App Store and Play Store creatives, including:
• App Icons
• Screenshots
• Feature Graphics
• Promotional Banners
• App Listing Visuals
• Develop marketing and branding materials for mobile applications and digital campaigns.
• Utilize AI design tools to streamline workflows and generate creative concepts.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, branding, and user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct competitor research and analyze design trends within the mobile app industry.
• Ensure designs are optimized for user engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Graphic Design.
• Proven experience designing Mobile App UI/UX.
• Experience creating App Store and Play Store graphics, icons, screenshots, and promotional assets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of mobile design guidelines for Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or basic animations.
• Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) design requirements.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing.
• Experience working on mobile app products.
