UI/UX Designer

The role

This is a UI/UX position first. Flows, systems, interfaces, and the decisions that actually move product and conversion outcomes. You'll work across client projects that range from SaaS products to marketing websites to brand-driven digital experiences.
The bonus: you won't be boxed in. When a project calls for a sharp graphic asset or social creative, you'll have the range to take it rather than hand it off. More ownership, more variety, fewer dependencies.

What you'll own

• End-to-end product and web design: flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes
• Design systems built at the component and token level in Figma, maintained and evolved over time
• Turning ambiguous briefs into clear, conversion-aware design decisions
• Visual assets when projects need them: social, brand, campaign

What we're looking for

• Strong Figma skills at a systems level, not just surface execution
• A portfolio that shows both UI craft and UX thinking
• Someone who asks why before jumping to how
• Comfortable working across multiple project types and client contexts
• Bonus: motion, illustration, or graphic design range
