UI/UX Designer 2+Years of Experience (Onsite)

Position: UI/UX Designer – Full Time

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) | In-Office Role

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Working)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary Range: As per industry standards (Based on skills & portfolio strength)

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and product-focused UI/UX Designer who has strong hands-on experience in Figma, Prototyping, Graphic Design, and Motion/Interaction Design. The ideal candidate must be able to convert business and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-oriented designs for web & mobile applications.

Design user-friendly, modern, and clean UI for mobile & web applications.

Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and complete UI workflows using Figma.

Work on animation/motion design / microinteractions using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Rive.

Develop design systems & reusable UI components for scalability.

Design marketing creatives, banners, and social media graphics when required using Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva.

Collaborate with Frontend Developers, Product Managers & QA teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuous UX improvements.

Document and maintain design strategy, journey flows, user behavior understanding.

Work using Jira / Figma Collaboration / Agile workflow tools.

✠Figma (Mandatory – Design, Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping)

✠Wireframing, User Journey Mapping, Interactive Design & Prototyping

✠Adobe XD / InVision / Axure / Sketch (any 1+ additional)

✠Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (branding, graphics, UI assets)

✠After Effects / Lottie / Rive (for Microinteractions / Motion UI) — Bonus Advantage

✠Knowledge of Design Systems & UI Guidelines (Material Design / Human Interface)

✠Basic understanding of HTML & CSS for developer handoff clarity

✠Experience working with Jira / Agile Tools

Experience with 3D UI / AR-style UI / animated onboarding flows

Experience in Canva, Frame.io, or Marketing Collateral Design

Ability to own complete UI/UX from concept to final implementationUI/UX
