UI/UX Designer 2+Years of Experience (Onsite)

Position: UI/UX Designer — Full Time

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) | In-Office Role

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Working)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary Range: As per industry standards & candidate expertise (Negotiable)

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of professional experience in designing modern, intuitive & user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, design systems, and user journey optimization for web & mobile platforms.

Design clean, modern, and user-friendly UI for web & mobile applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, & interactive design mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Develop and maintain design systems & UI component libraries.

Collaborate closely with Product, Development & Marketing teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX improvements based on feedback & analytics.

Work on branding, visual identity, and interaction design to enhance digital presence.

Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, design standards, and emerging technologies.

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent design tools.

Understanding of design systems, typography, layout grids, and user-centered design.

Ability to design for both mobile apps & responsive web interfaces.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.

Experience with user research, UX flows, and A/B testing methodologies.

Excellent communication & collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

A strong design portfolio is mandatory to apply.
