UI/UX Designer (Bangalore)

About the Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with full-cycle project experience who can take ownership of the entire design process—from understanding business goals and user needs to delivering pixel-perfect interfaces and collaborating with development teams for launch. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to create seamless, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and clients to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency.
• Design responsive and mobile-first interfaces ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Handle project timelines independently, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to launch.
• Continuously evaluate and improve designs based on user feedback and business objectives.

• Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead design discussions with cross-functional teams.
