About the Role

We are hiring a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience in crafting intuitive and user-centric digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should be confident in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering polished high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business needs, user journeys, and product goals.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design clean, modern, and responsive UI layouts for both web and mobile.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to iterate on design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency through style guides, component libraries, and design systems.
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with modern UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (optional as per your requirement)
• 2–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Knowledge of responsive & mobile-first design
• Basic HTML/CSS familiarity (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A solid portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Understanding of UX research methodologies
• Knowledge of animations, transitions, or micro-interactions
