UI/UX Designer - CONTRACT (2 months)

As a Freelance UI/UX Designer at Qatar Living , you will play a key role in shaping the design and usability of our digital products during a 2-month engagement. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered, visually engaging, and seamless digital experiences that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces consistent with Qatar Living’s brand.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and engagement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Contribute to design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio (web and mobile projects).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting usability testing and integrating user feedback.
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layouts).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with responsive and cross-device design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better developer handoff.
• Knowledge of interaction design and animations.
• Exposure to user analytics and data-driven design improvements.
