UI/UX Designer & Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer and Developer with 2 years - 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to convert designs into responsive, well-structured HTML/CSS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Convert designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and front-end development.

Required Skills:

✅ Proven experience (2+ years) in UI/UX design and front-end development.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and HTML/CSS/JavaScript work.
✅ Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
✅ Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
✅ Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery for basic interactivity.
✅ Understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research.
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
✅ Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
