UI/UX Designer (Expert)

We are a growing software house specializing in custom web and mobile applications. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing intuitive user interfaces and delivering exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate insights into design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain design consistency and follow brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Improve user experience through usability testing and continuous iteration.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (preferably in a software company or agency).
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI kits.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Ability to present and clearly communicate design ideas to team members and clients.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects (required).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, and mobile apps.
• Motion graphics or animation skills (Lottie, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of user testing tools and analytics.
