UI/UX Designer (FinTech)

Key Responsibilities

· Craft intuitive user experiences for both mobile and web platforms using Flutter and React.

· Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

· Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design strategy and decisions.

· Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business and user goals.

· Apply Material Design guidelines and best practices for responsive, modern interfaces.

· Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, UX Pilot, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, DeepSeek) to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and accelerate ideation.

· Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and component libraries to ensure scalability and consistency across products.

· Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and adhere to industry best practices and usability standards.

· Stay informed about emerging trends in AI-driven design, automation, and user experience innovation.

· Ensure visual and interaction design consistency across all products and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications with minimum 1 year of FinTech experience (preferred).

· Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and design system creation.

· Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) for graphic and asset design.

· Deep understanding of Material Design (Flutter) and responsive web design principles

· Familiarity with typography, color theory, and accessibility guidelines

· Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

· A compelling portfolio showcasing web and mobile UX projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
