Role & Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer – Fresher, you will undergo industrial training designed to provide hands-on experience and practical exposure to real-time projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning and understanding UI/UX design principles, user behavior, and design best practices
• Assisting in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Supporting senior designers in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
• Conducting basic user research and understanding client requirements
• Working with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Making design changes based on feedback from mentors and team leads
• Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Maintaining design documentation and project assets
• Continuously improving design skills through training sessions and practice tasks

Training & Learning Outcomes

• Hands-on experience with live projects
• Exposure to industry-standard tools and workflows
• Understanding of end-to-end UI/UX design process
• Mentorship and performance-based evaluation during training

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹47,367.09 per month
