UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer

Appsians is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can create intuitive user experiences while maintaining strong visual aesthetics.

Job Responsibilities

• Design user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Design marketing creatives including social media posts, banners, presentations, and branding assets
• Maintain and follow brand guidelines across all design materials
• Improve existing designs based on usability feedback and business requirements
• Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and visual quality across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Good command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and design systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
