Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Junior to Mid-Level | Full-Time | On-Site – Karachi)

Brand Republic is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals who have a strong understanding of user experience design, interface design, and digital product usability, and are eager to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.

Job Location & Work Details

• Location: Karachi (On-site)
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Experience Level: Junior to Mid-Level (1–3 years preferred)
• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
• Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to improve usability and user experience
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs
• Create user flows, journey maps, and design systems
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and creative teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UX best practices
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and interaction design
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
• Ability to present design ideas clearly to internal stakeholders
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic or professional)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a user-centric mindset
