Job Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, understands user-centered design principles, and can clearly communicate ideas in spoken and written English. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate business and product requirements into effective user experiences
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing when required
• Maintain and improve design systems and UI consistency across products
• Present and explain design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX work for web and/or mobile apps
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong visual design skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with developers in agile or product-based teams
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
