Senior UI/UX Designer (Onsite, Islamabad, USD Salary)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products and platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability standards, and user-centered design practices.
Hands-on experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first user interfaces.
Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in agile, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop, maintain, and scale design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable design components.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape user experience strategies and product direction.
Translate business goals and user requirements into effective and user-centric design solutions.
Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital products and platforms.
Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience.
Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and seamless cross-platform compatibility.
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
Present design concepts, workflows, and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Contribute to product strategy through innovative, user-focused thinking and design-driven problem solving.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and project deliverables.
