We are hiring UIUX Designer (Senior Level).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the UI/UX design strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and product objectives.
- Oversee and guide the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, frameworks, and brand guidelines to ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, impactful, and scalable designs.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire junior designers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative design culture.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness standards, adhering to industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating innovations where relevant.
- Provide thought leadership in defining information architecture, interaction models, and navigation structures that optimize usability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end design processes for complex digital products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
