Starting Amount: PKR 50,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Title: UI/UX Designer - WordPress

4Nodes Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer for WordPress to lead the design direction for web and E-commerce projects and collaborate closely with development and product teams.

• Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and a user-first mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
• Opportunity to grow into a Design Lead / Product Design Manager role and manage design teams over time.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in a software house environment in Lahore or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes, including user research, wireframing, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Design user-centric interfaces for websites, dashboards, E-commerce platforms, and web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products.
• Translate client requirements and business goals into effective UI/UX solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate execution of designs and provide design QA support.
• Develop responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and design deliverables.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong command of UI/UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for E-commerce platforms, including product pages, checkout flows, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs from concept to final delivery.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with SEO-focused UI considerations and performance-friendly design practices.
• Experience working with Agile or fast-paced software development environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with branding, logo design, or motion design will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and user behavior tracking is an added advantage.

Note: A mandatory probation period of three months will apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
