UI/UX Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that provide seamless user experiences across our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into functional, beautiful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that clearly illustrate how products function and look.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experiences.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Maintain and update design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and front-end development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React.js is a plus).
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
