About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer and Developer who can transform creative ideas into engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong design thinking, technical development skills, and an eye for detail to create visually appealing and functional interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-centric websites and applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions.
• Implement front-end code using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ensure UI consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize designs for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React.js,Next.js/Angular/Vue) is a plus.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into functional code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with UI component libraries and design systems.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.
• Basic understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
