Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for the position of UI/UX Developer & Designer for a reputed client in the education sector. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled professional who can design and develop user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

UX & Design:

Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces

Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and style consistency

Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback

Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards (WCAG compliance)

Development & Implementation:

Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional front-end code

Develop reusable UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)

Integrate APIs with front-end systems for seamless functionality

Optimize performance, responsiveness, and user experience across devices

Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements

Ensure clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Collaboration:

Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams

Present design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews

Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development

Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools

Strong understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design

Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with at least one front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)

Knowledge of REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and responsive design

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion design tools (Lottie, GSAP, After Effects)

Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.)

Exposure to mobile app development (Flutter or React Native)

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
