UI/UX & Front-End Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX & Front-End Developer to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a keen eye for design to develop responsive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance front-end code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure consistency across the application and adherence to design guidelines.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience with front-end testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of integrating front-end with APIs and back-end services.
• Understanding of UX research, wireframing, and prototyping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
