UI/UX & Graphic Design Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX & Graphic Design Trainer to join our academic team.
The trainer will be responsible for teaching design principles, software tools, and real-world projects that help students become job-ready in design careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions on UI/UX design and graphic design tools.
• Teach industry-standard software such as:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, Canva (and optionally After Effects).
• Guide students through design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and visual storytelling.
• Develop curriculum content, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry trends.
• Help students build professional portfolios and case studies.
• Stay updated on latest design tools, UX trends, and AI design innovations.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with the academic team to organize workshops and design projects.

Core Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design process: Research → Wireframe → Prototype → Test → Final Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) & Figma.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and branding.
• Knowledge of responsive design and basic HTML/CSS (optional but preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
