UI/UX Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces and compelling visuals for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and high-quality graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications that are clean, intuitive, and responsive
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Design marketing and branding materials including social media graphics, banners, presentations, and infographics
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact design solutions
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or graphic design roles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and graphic design projects
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with motion graphics or basic HTML/CSS is a plus

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
