UI/UX Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, coupled with expertise in graphic design to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing engaging web and mobile interfaces, improving user flows, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and modern UI/UX trends, as well as proficiency in industry-standard design tools. Key Responsibilities/UX Design:

• Design and enhance intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts.
• Develop and implement responsive and interactive designs that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to optimize design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.

Graphic Design:

• Design marketing materials, social media assets, banners, and promotional graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Create illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance digital content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design elements and platforms.

Collaboration & Optimization:

• Work closely with the development team to ensure UI designs are translated accurately into functional interfaces.
• Analyze user feedback and website analytics to make data-driven design improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability principles, and user psychology.
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
