Role Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Conduct research on users and competitors to improve design decisions.
• Refine designs through usability testing, performance insights, and feedback.
• Ensure design consistency across products, brand assets, and marketing collateral.
• Assist with graphics for campaigns, internal communication, and promotional material.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX and graphic design trends, tools, and practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or graphic design roles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Knowledge of user flows, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open to constructive feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rs35,000 – Rs100,000 per month (based on experience)
