UI/UX Manager

We are hiring a Strategy & Design Manager to lead both client projects and in-house product design. This is not a traditional Photoshop role. The ideal candidate Should have hands-on expertise with AI-powered creative tools and modern web/UI technologies, along with the ability to explore emerging AI initiatives and help Xerago become an AI-first company. The role involves leading a team of 10+ designers/creatives, driving innovation, and representing Xerago’s AI leadership with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and digital design across projects and products.
• Explore and adopt upcoming AI initiatives, tools, and workflows to keep Xerago ahead in AI-driven design.
• Use AI-powered creative tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.) for ideation, prototyping, and execution.
• Build and deliver AI-based creative/experience solutions for clients and internal products.
• Apply LLMs and prompt engineering to optimize creative and design workflows.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver functional experiences.
• Present creative and AI-led concepts directly to global customers, showcasing Xerago as an advanced AI-first partner.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10+ designers, fostering AI-first adoption and high performance.

Required Skills:

• 8–12 years in digital creative/design/UX leadership.
• Proven expertise with AI-driven creative workflows (not traditional Photoshop-only design).
• Hands-on experience in web/UI technologies: React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong spoken communication and presentation skills (client-facing with US customers).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 10+ and drive innovation.
• Passion for exploring emerging AI initiatives and applying them in real-world solutions.
