Sumedha Softech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT company committed to delivering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Motion Graphics Designer who can design engaging user experiences and visually compelling motion graphics for digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure UI/UX implementation accuracy.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions.
• Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.

Motion Graphics & Visual Design

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing, websites, and social media.
• Design graphics, banners, illustrations, and visual assets as required.
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce creative content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit videos when required and deliver high-quality visual output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user-centric designs.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create motion graphics, animated videos, and product explainers.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT or software development environment.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS (basic) is a plus, not mandatory.
• Ability to handle both UI/UX and motion graphic tasks independently.
• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
