UI/UX Product Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-focused UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web interfaces and digital experiences. In addition, the designer should be comfortable producing high-quality graphics for social media campaigns when needed. This role offers the opportunity to work on live web application projects while contributing to the company’s digital brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Web & Product Design:

• Independently design clean, modern, and responsive UI/UX for web applications, dashboards, and SaaS interfaces.
• Translate feature requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes using Figma (Auto-layout and Components required).
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to implement functional, user centered designs.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure design consistency across web applications and digital platforms.

Graphic & Social Media Design:

• Create posters, banners, stories, and other visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience designing responsive web interfaces (dashboards, complex forms, SaaS platforms).
• Expert proficiency in Figma; must know Auto-layout, Components, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools for visual/social media design.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, design systems, and accessibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory, showcasing web applications and UI/UX work—not just logos or marketing materials.

Nice to Have:

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Canva.
• Experience in branding and identity design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
