UI/UX Product Designer ( Male only )

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams to design visually appealing and highly usable web and mobile applications. Experience working on FinTech or data-driven products will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-focused UI/UX solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, and Development teams throughout the entire design lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, and refine designs based on insights and feedback.
• Ensure consistency across branding, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX tools, trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and/or mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to align user experience with business objectives and requirements.
• Proven experience working with developers to deliver production-ready designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise-level product environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
